Ringette BC are excited to announce the Male Competition Development program! They aim to expand offerings and enhance the participation pathway for male athletes in BC. It will provide learning and development opportunities for all eligible athletes across the province while strengthening the athlete pathway and competition opportunities for those in the Train to Train and Train to Compete stages of the Long Term Athlete Development Model.

Athlete Eligibility:
Male, male identifying and non-binary athletes.
U14 to Second Year U19 (Athletes born in 2007-2012)
Open to current and NEW athletes - you do not need to be registered for a Club or Zone team to participate in this program.
Registration: Opens August 1, Closes September 1
Registration will be completed through RAMP and will open on August 1st and close on September 1st . The initial registration Training and Development fee for the program is $600, and will include the costs associated with two training camps.
The Training and Development fee will include:
Participation at two training camps
Program jersey
Coach travel and accommodations
Specified team food
Operational costs (ice, gym, referees)
Administration
Any sport science and IST (psychology, athletic therapy, fitness trainer)
Should there be enough registration to form teams for competition, an additional competition fee of $200-$400 will be added depending on the number of teams formed and competitions confirmed.
The Competition Fee will include:
Tournament registration fee for 1-2 competitions
Specified team food
Coach travel and accommodations
Operational costs (ice, gym, referees)
