Update from Susan Doucette, Sport Operations Director, Ringette BC:
This memo is to provide clarity to our membership on the previous participation streams memo dated November 13, 2024:
League Games:
1) Club Teams are to only participate versus Club Teams
2) Zone Teams are to only participate versus Zone Teams
Exhibition Games:
1) Club and Zone may participate in exhibition games provided they meet the following:
• Coaches from both teams are in agreement that there will be meaningful, friendly
competition for both teams
• Any players that are more than 2 years removed from the opposing team's division may not
participate in exhibition games, eg. A U12 aged player may not participate in an exhibition
game is between a U16 team and the U14 team that they play on
• U19 teams may not participate against Open teams
Practices:
1) both participation streams may share the same ice for practices
