Volunteer Time

Volunteer Requirements for each family per season

  • $200 Volunteer Deposit cheque (post-dated April 1 of ringette season) is required per family in September.

  • Minimum 4 hours per family of association volunteer time will be required by the end of each season.

  • Volunteer time may include CMRA held tournament duties/committees, assisting at Come Try Ringette, city parade and fundraisers, photo night etc.

  • Families that do not participate in duties will have their cheques deposited at the end of the season

  • Due to the hours required in their roles as executive members, coaches and team managers are exempt.


It is the responsibility of all parents and/or guardians to participate fully in team duties such as score/time keeping and shot clock. *These do not count towards volunteer hours*

  • Association Halloween or Christmas Party

  • Association Fundraiser (eg. Pub Night)

  • Tournament Volunteer (CMRA hosted tournaments)

  • Volunteer Coordinator - help coordinate our association volunteers
