Not sure which division to register for?

The Fundamentals program and U10 division are designed for all players under the age of 10.

The 3 levels are meant to have fluid movement between them for players who start in one level and progress to another.

Registration Payments

All registration fees are due prior to first ice session. They can be presented at the AGM or mailed to CMRA, PO Box 64542 Como Lake RPO, Coquitlam, BC, V3J 7V7. You can also pay by e-transfer to payments@coqmoodyringette.com or credit card in the TeamSnap registration.



EARLY REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTION - CMRA will accept post-dated cheques for registrations received by June 30th. The first payment of 50% of the total registration fee must be dated for June 30th. The balance due must be received by September 1st. CMRA requires that if mailing in, both postdated cheques be submitted with the registration form.

 

SUMMER REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTION - CMRA will accept post-dated cheques for registrations received between July 1th and July 31st. The first payment of 50% of the total registration fee must be dated for July 31th. The balance due must be received by September 1st. CMRA requires that if mailing in, both postdated cheques be submitted with the registration form.

In the case of financial hardship there are programs such as Athletics for Kids, Jumpstart and Kidsport available. These programs require applications well in advance of the season. Contact those organizations as soon as possible if subsidy is needed.

Refund Policy

  • Fun 1 & 2: $90 non-refundable administration fee and the remainder is pro-rated after September 1st

  • U10+:  $125 non-refundable admin fee

    • Withdrawal prior to August 15th - remainder of fees returned

    • Withdrawal Aug 16 - Sep 1st - 90% of fees returned

    • Withdrawal Sep 1 - 30th - 75% of fees returned

    • Withdrawal after Sep 30th - reviewed by exec on a case by case basis

Team Fees

All players can expect to be invoiced in September for team fees as noted above. Team fees cover 2 tournament entry fees, 1 year-end pub ticket, year-end coaching staff gifts and incidental costs the team manager deems necessary. Kidsport subsidy funds DO NOT cover this fee. Individual teams may request additional team fees throughout the season if the team decides to enter additional tournaments or other. Surplus funds will be returned to families. Adjustments may be necessary but this is a possible schedule.  Detailed schedules will be entered into your team's calendar.

 

Fun1 - Tuesday 4:15pm Planet Ice & Saturday 12:30pm Poirier

Fun2 - Tuesday 4:15pm Planet Ice & Saturday 1:45pm Poirier

U10 - Tuesday 4:15pm Planet Ice & a weekend ice time

U12 - Wednesday 6:45pm Planet Ice & a weekend ice time

U14 - Thursday 6:45pm Poirier & a weekend ice time

U16 - Thursday 6:45pm Poirier & a weekend ice time

U19 - TBD

18+ (Open) - Tuesday 9:15pm Planet Ice & a weekend game time

 

Zone Teams - teams will receive an extra weekend ice time and access to dryland training for an additional fee

Teams wishing more development can do so in their scheduled times or look for outside opportunities.
