CMRA is hosting the 2025-26 Club Provincials!

Help Us Make 2026 Club Provincials a Success! 🐻

🐻 Hello Bears Families,

We’re excited to share that CMRA will be hosting the 2026 Club Provincials for U14-U19 and 18+ B divisions from March 6–8, 2026! Mark your calendars as this is a great opportunity to complete your volunteer hours while helping us create a memorable event for everyone involved.

Team Gift Baskets: Every CMRA team is asked to contribute a gift basket valued at $125 or more. Please email us at tournaments@coqmoodyringette.com to let us know your basket theme so we can avoid duplicates.

Some fun examples include movie night, pampered pets, treat baskets, or a fitness package. Please let us know your theme by November 30, and we’ll collect basket items in mid-February.

Volunteer Opportunities: We’re also looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our tournament committee. These hours count toward your association volunteer time. The tournament can't run without volunteers!

Families with players in U14-U19 divisions will also be asked to complete 3 additional volunteer hours during Provincials to make this tournament successful (please note that this is in addition to the required 4 hours for the season that all families complete).

Donations and Sponsorships: Donations for silent auction items, additional baskets, and sponsorships from local businesses are also welcome. We will be happy to advertise these contributors on our social media and in the tournament program.

Please ask us for a sponsorship package letter if you know of any businesses who may be interested.
