Registration is open for the 2021-22 Season. Please register online by clicking the button on the right.

Please note:
  • Registration will close on August 1, 2021. Players wishing to register after that date can still do so but will be placed on a waitlist until a spot is available on a team.
  • Register your player for their correct age division.

  • Prior to registering, download and fill out the Medical Info form and Player Code of Conduct (U12&below) or Player Code of Conduct (U14&above) - have it ready to upload as a PDF or JPG

  • Team Fees will be requested when the season starts

Registration Fees for 2021-22 Season
Early Bird

Not sure which division to register for?

The Fundamentals program and U10 division are designed for all players under the age of 10.

The 3 levels are meant to have fluid movement between them for players who start in one level and progress to another.

Registration Payments

All registration fees are due prior to first ice session. They can be presented at the AGM or mailed to CMRA, PO Box 64542 Como Lake RPO, Coquitlam, BC, V3J 7V7. You can also pay by e-transfer to payments@coqmoodyringette.com



EARLY REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTION - CMRA will accept post-dated cheques for registrations received by June 30th. The first payment of 50% of the total registration fee must be dated for June 30th. The balance due must be received by September 1st. CMRA requires that if mailing in, both postdated cheques be submitted with the registration form.

 

SUMMER REGISTRATION PAYMENT OPTION - CMRA will accept post-dated cheques for registrations received between July 1th and July 31st. In the case of financial hardship there are programs such as Athletics for Kids, Jumpstart and Kidsport available. These programs require applications well in advance of the season. Contact those organizations as soon as possible if subsidy is needed.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds requested prior to September 15th: total fee less $ 50

  • Refunds requested from September 16th -30th: total fee less $ 75

  • After October 1st, refunds may be considered by the executive on a pro-rated basis If request is submitted in writing.

Team Fees

All players can expect to be invoiced in September for team fees as noted above. Team fees cover 2 tournament entry fees, 1 year-end pub ticket, year-end coaching staff gifts and incidental costs the team manager deems necessary. Kidsport subsidy funds DO NOT cover this fee. Individual teams may request additional team fees throughout the season if the team decides to enter additional tournaments or other. Surplus funds will be returned to families. Practice Times

COVID19 has significantly modified our ice schedule.  Adjustments may be necessary but here is a rough schedule we will try to stick with.  Detailed schedules will be entered into TeamSnap.

Fun1 - Saturday 9am and alternate Sundays 430pm at Planet Ice

Fun2 - Saturday 1030am and alternate Sundays 430pm at Planet Ice

U10 - Tuesday 545pm or Thursday 630pm and a weekend ice time

U12 - Wednesday 500pm or 630pm at Poirier and a weekend ice time

U14 - Thursday evening and a weekend ice time

U16 - Friday 815pm and a weekend ice time and a weekend ice time

U19 - Tuesday 900pm and a weekend ice time

Open - No team for 2020-21

Zone Teams - teams will receive an extra weekend ice time and access to dryland training for an additional fee

Shared - Player Development - COVID has impacted our ability to provide separate ice for player development.  Teams wishing more development can do so in their scheduled times or look for outside opportunities.
